Seeing the unique aircraft in a small workshop in Friedrichsroda the Allied soldiers were absolutely overwhelmed. They never saw anything comparable. The aircraft was transferred to the USA and further investigations were planned but finally cancelled due to lack of necessary spare parts. So the aircraft survived and is still present in an American store. 70 years later the shape of the aircraft was rebuilt and tested with interesting results.
